Upon acceptance of your payment, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email that summarizes the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check in the spam folder of your email. If necessary, we invite you to contact our service indicating the date and amount of the order.
Check that your order has been taken into account by logging into your DOUE’E account. You will find the status of your order in your order history. By clicking on the tracking number of your order you will be redirected to the website of the service provider you have chosen in order to track your package. If after 10 working days you have not received anything, contact our customer service with your tracking number.
After receiving the confirmation email of your order you can no longer cancel it. However, you will be able to return the items after receipt against a refund. The return costs will then be at your expense.
In case of receipt of a wrong item please contact our customer service indicating your order number and the problem encountered, we will then give you a return number to allow you to proceed with it.
Check the status of your package. If it is damaged, send a photo to customer service for the opening of an investigation with the provider. If your package is not damaged and you are missing a part of it, please contact our customer service.
DOUEE pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products. If, however, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to have this problem noted upon receipt of the product by sending a photo to our customer service. If the product is validated as defective by customer service, we will then send you a free return slip and DOUEE will be taking care of the return costs. We will send you a compliant part of the ordered item upon receipt of your defective item. In the event that it is no longer in stock, we will then proceed to its immediate refund.
The creation of the account is not mandatory. Customers could always choose the ‘’Continue as a guest’’ option.
You can enter your email address in the field at the bottom of the page, under the heading “Receive our invitations”.

Each product is delivered wrapped in white tissue paper, in a gift pouch without a price tag, so it will make a great gift. For this, it is necessary to indicate the delivery address different from that of invoicing.

DOUEE is an online sales site, therefore, we do not have our own physical shops, however you can consult our customer service team regarding sizes and shapes in order to find the right shape for you. Be aware that a measurement table as well as a size conversion table is present on the Size Guide page as well as on each product sheet.

To redeem your discount code: Log in to your account. The discount code will be requested in the shopping cart of your order.

Once your order has been validated and after authorization from your bank, your account will be debited.
Payment is 100% secure. Transactions made on www.douee.gr are secured by the payment system of our trustworthy partners. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data may not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our computer systems. When you are asked to enter your credit card number, you can check from your browser that you are in a secure area. These areas are identifiable by the address that then begins with https as well as a closed padlock or key at the bottom of your browser. For your security, the system verifies that the connection with your browser is secure before sending your financial data. These must be paid directly with DOUEE or with your bank. In addition, we have 3D secure which prevents fraud by verifying the identity of the owner of the credit card. In addition to the credit card number, the expiration date of the card and the three digits of the security code (printed on the back of the card), we will ask you to enter a password, date of birth or a dynamic one-time code.
If payment by credit card worked and you have not received an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of your order, check that the email is not in the spam file of your email. The bank verification sometimes takes a little longer (security procedures) which means that the order is not immediately authorized and must be validated manually.
No banking information is stored on our site. Your bank details are entered directly on the secure server of our partners. The banking information you give, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.
